Take Your Skills to the Next Level!

Have you completed the beginner course and are now ready to advance to higher-level judo, with opportunities for learning and competition training? You’re in the right place!

This advanced judo class is offered to children aged 6 and over without a parent, as well as to parents accompanying their child. You must have completed your beginner class to participate.

Sessions are led by qualified instructors and designed to develop physical, technical, and strategic skills while promoting fun in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

The course includes:

* Warm-up and stretching
* Strength and coordination training
* Standing and ground randori
* Judo-related games
* Technique learning and refinement
* Learning competition rules and refining techniques in that context

Parents accompanying their child are welcome to attend the class. Changing facilities are also available. All activities are designed to enhance judo and competition skills in an enjoyable and supportive environment.
